Therapy can be helpful if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, or if you simply want a space to reflect and explore yourself more deeply. If you’re curious but unsure, we can have an initial conversation to see if it feels like a good fit.

There is no set formula. Some sessions may involve deep conversations about life, emotions and past experiences, while others may focus on practical strategies for coping. My approach is responsive to your needs in the ‘here and now’.

I have a keen interest in relationship dynamics including early relationships to our own parents and how this shows up in our life as adults and with our children.
