Counselling & Therapy For Women

I’m Lara, a qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor based in Fremantle & online.

I’m interested in all aspects of our humanity—the good, the bad, and the ugly. I’ve done the gritty work in my own therapy and I know the importance of a steady companion in the therapy process. I am passionate about working with mothers, and women at all stages of life.

Are you experiencing grief, anxiety, relationship problems, overwhelm, the weight of motherhood, transition to menopause, body shame—or just fed up with feeling disconnected, lost, or stuck? You’re not alone. Many women carry invisible burdens that wear them down over time.

I offer trauma-informed body-based therapy and counselling.

The first goal is always to support you to slow down, connect with your body and your own inner wisdom, and understand what’s important to you in the therapy space.

My lived experience and qualifications make me an empathetic and insightful counsellor. My practice is LGBTQIA+affirmative and I welcome you just as you are, whatever your story or identity in this world.

Counselling is relational, and I want you to feel that you have found somebody who really gets you. I offer a free 15-minute discovery call where you can find out if my way of working is the right fit for you.
